📦 Return & Refund Policy
Digital Downloads & eBooks — Returnable Until Downloaded
Digital products — including eBooks, individual printable pages, digital collage sheets, and any downloadable files — may be returned for a full refund as long as the product has not been downloaded (effective for orders placed on or after June 11, 2026; orders placed before this date remain subject to the prior all-sales-final policy). Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final and we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. To request a return, email orders@collagesoup.com with your order number.
Physical Products — 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unopened physical products (Washi Tape, Ephemera & Scrap Packs, Stickers, Accessories, Kits, and similar items) within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original, unopened packaging

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Amazon Paperback Books
Paperback books are sold exclusively through Amazon. For returns or exchanges, please refer to the Amazon Return Policy.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: eBooks & digital downloads that have been downloaded, gift cards, and any item marked as Final Sale.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees at the time of delivery. These charges are not collected at checkout.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at orders@collagesoup.com.
