Collage Soup started as a need for my own unique and slightly quirky collage fodder — and grew into a simple belief: everyone is creative. They just have to give themselves permission.
I'm Emilee — the hands, the heart, and the messy desk behind Collage Soup. For years I told myself I wasn't an artist. I just liked collecting things: ticket stubs, pressed flowers, postage from places I'd never been.
One day I started gluing them down. No plan, no rules — just curiosity, following one interesting scrap to the next. That's the whole secret. Creativity doesn't begin with talent. It begins with paying attention to what delights you.
Collage Soup is the place I wish I'd had back then: a warm, unhurried shelf of curiosities to wander, with gentle permission to cut, tear, layer, and make a mess. There's no wrong way to do this. You're an artist. Get used to it.
