HOW IT WORKS
Participating in the Collage Soup Swapspiration is simple and rewarding. For your purchase, you'll be paired with another artist in your same country, randomly chosen based on the mailing address you provided during checkout. Our automated system ensures that everyone gets matched up fairly and efficiently when the swap closes.
BE KIND AND SUPPORTIVE
Please have grace with the art you receive. Everyone is at a different level on their artistic journey, and the quality may vary. This project is intended to be fun, kind, and supportive. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
DEADLINES
The swap will close for any additional participants on September 25, 2024. If you purchased the swap and have successfully paid and received your receipt by email you will be notified no later than September 27, 2024 of your swap partner's name and address. You will be notified via email using the email address you supplied at checkout. This means you must send your swap and post mark it no later than October 5, 2024 to your partner. Please check that you have added adequate postage to your swap.
Sign-Up: Please sign up only for yourself. If you want to additional partners, you must purchase the product again and go through the checkout process.
Eligibility: This swap is open to participants in the USA, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, France, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, and Australia. If you do not send and receive mail in one of these countries, please do not sign up.
Refund Policy: If, for any reason, you cannot be matched with another participant, you will be issued a refund, no refunds otherwise.
Mailing Deadline: Upon receiving the notification email with your partner’s name on the closing date for sign-ups, you have until October 5, 2024 to get your project in the mail. If you know you can’t complete the project before the deadline, please do not sign up.
Entry Fee: The cost of the swap helps insure no spam purchases and covers basic costs.
No Solicitation: Do not solicit your partner to buy any of your products, whether art or otherwise.
Compliance: If it comes to our attention that you did not send your partner a swap project, or violate any of these rules, Collage Soup may restrict you from participating in future swaps. This also applies to any behavior towards your partner that may be deemed harassment and/or if you include any sexual, violent, religious, or political images or information.
