• What's covered by the 30-day guarantee?

  All unused, undamaged physical products — paperbacks, washi tape, stickers, project kits, and accessories — qualify for return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging preferred but not required.
  • Contact us first at hello@collagesoup.com to receive a return authorization before shipping anything back.
• How do I get my refund?

  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  Credit card processing times vary by bank — the refund may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
• Who pays return shipping?

  You pay return shipping for standard returns (changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing).

  We cover return shipping if the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item — just send us a photo and we'll send a prepaid label.

• My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

  Contact us at hello@collagesoup.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

• What's the policy on digital downloads & eBooks?

  Once a digital product is downloaded, all sales are final — no refunds. Digital files cannot be returned.

  If you accidentally purchased a digital product, do not download it and contact us immediately at orders@collagesoup.com — we'll be happy to help. Once downloaded, the sale is final.

• What if my file is corrupt or won't download?

  Technical issues are always on us. Email hello@collagesoup.com with your order number and a description of the problem — we'll fix it immediately, no questions asked.

• Can I re-download files I've already purchased?

  Yes. All purchased digital products are available in your account at any time. Free eBooks are always re-downloadable from your account — no expiration.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide via DHL eCommerce. Transit times are typically 10–21 business days depending on your destination and customs processing.

• Who pays duties and import taxes?

  The customer is responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs authority.

• Where do orders ship from?

  All orders ship from San Jose, CA, United States.

• My international order is lost — what can I do?

  If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of your ship date, contact us at hello@collagesoup.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.
